lpv:spoken text	"I supported this motion for resolution, which emphasises that agricultural investment policies in Africa should be linked and support the development of the local economy, including smallholders and family farming. In this respect NAFSN has made a commitment to promoting inclusive, agriculture-based growth that supports small-scale farming and helps reduce poverty, hunger and under-nutrition. Therefore the parties to NAFSN should submit annual reports on the action taken under NAFSN and to make those reports public and accessible to local people and communities. Moreover, the report calls on African governments to invest in local food systems in order to boost rural economies, ensure decent jobs, equitable social safety nets and labour rights and to improve arrangements for democratic scrutiny of access to resources."@en1
