lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, which deals with the New Alliance for Food Security and Nutrition (NAFSN) in Africa. This is basically a huge agricultural public-private partnership, used in sub-Saharan African with the stated aim of improving food security and reducing hunger. In actual fact though, the NAFSN, which deals with large multinationals, promotes an agricultural model based on monoculture and the production of export crops. Small-scale farmers have been side-lined in favour of much larger agribusinesses. This report highlighted these problems and calls for greater governance structures for the implementation of the programme, as well as the need to support family farms and smallholders. For these reasons, I voted in favour."@en1
