lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report on Policy Cohesion for Development as it is a key element for delivering and achieving the new sustainable development agenda. The sustainable development goals that apply to both developed and developing countries need to be comprehensively integrated into the EU’s decision-making process at both internal and external levels. In particular, I was pleased that the report emphasised the need for institutional coordination both between EU institutions and with Member States. I was also pleased that the report acknowledged that the EU is facing its biggest refugee crisis since World War II and stressed the need to strengthen the link between migration and development policies in order to address the root causes of the crisis. I believe that the EU should use all the tools at its disposal to tackle the crisis, including security and diplomatic instruments."@en1
