lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, which was authored by my Sinn Féin comrade Martina Anderson. The report is aimed at putting pressure on the EU to ratify and enforce the World Health Organisation’s Protocol on the elimination of illicit trade in tobacco products. International collaboration is necessary in order to clamp down on illegal smuggling, which has become an integral part of business strategies in order to avoid customs duties. With smoking as a leading cause of premature death and illness in Ireland, I was happy to support this report."@en1
