lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this agreement as it aims to facilitate trade in motor vehicles by establishing uniform technical prescriptions for the approval of equipment and parts of vehicles and for reciprocal recognition of such approvals. It aims to conclude Revision 3 of the Revised 1958 Agreement with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe – the UNECE agreement. The automotive industry is one of the largest employers and is incredibly important across Europe. Common technical requirements like the framework outlined in the UNECE agreement help to reduce developmental costs and reduce the cost of production and certification. And, most importantly, it does this while securing the highest levels of protection for health and safety."@en1
