lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this file as research into tobacco products consistently shows that it is detrimental to personal and public health. The health effects of the illicit trade in tobacco products are particularly great as it grants cheaper access to a greater number of tobacco products and also evades the protection that regulation provides, which makes the illicit trade in tobacco products particularly worrisome. This new treaty aims to eliminate all forms of illicit trade in tobacco products in line with the EU’s comprehensive strategy to combat cigarette smuggling."@en1
