lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this protocol, which is another tool in the fight against the trade in illicit tobacco products. Not only is illicit trade in tobacco products harmful to public health, but it also results in huge losses in revenue to the EU. Therefore, I supported giving consent to the protocol, as it is in line with the EU’s comprehensive strategy to combat cigarette smuggling. The protocol also includes plans to establish a global tracking system, thus making the supply chain more secure."@en1
