lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report which addresses one of the most over-looked and crucial aspects to poverty prolongation. Women are the first victims of the austerity policies and the economic crises. This is passed on to their children and creates a poverty cycle to the next generation. The Socialists in this place call for the use of EU instruments to invest in social infrastructure and allow for better work/life arrangements, to ensure that women stay in or join the labour market, breaking down this vicious circle of poverty that we see all too often."@en1
