lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report which calls for recommendations in the retail energy market to bring energy prices down, enhance transparency, empower consumers, democratise the energy system and protect the most vulnerable. Energy should be considered as a social right: currently, over 50 million are living in energy poverty in the EU – around 2.3 million in the UK. We need to take action at the EU level so that people do not have to choose between heating, eating or cooling and do not pay more for energy because they are unable to insulate their homes."@en1
