lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of this resolution as the objectives of enhancing growth and job creation can be better achieved through a coherent interaction within the EU economic policy mix of structural reforms and growth enhancing investment, all supported and accelerated by cohesion policy investments. With a budget of over EUR 350 billion until 2020, cohesion funds represent the main source of public investment for some regions across Europe. It is concerning that the implementation of Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 has been significantly delayed and its operational programmes as well. With this vote, I hope that the Commission will commit itself further to implement the cohesion policy more effectively."@en1
