lpv:spoken text	"I supported this oral question because I believe that it is important that process for absorbing regional development funds in the UK is simplified as much as possible, with many organisations in the UK stating that the process to access the funds is often highly complex and bureaucratic. Ensuring that there is less red tape and better value for money in these programmes is important for helping groups which wish to access these funds, so that they are not entangled by a process which they often find too difficult and time-consuming to complete."@en1
