"This resolution contemplates the acceleration of the implementation of cohesion policy. In my view, the cohesion policy is a key plank of EU integration and the drive towards Euro-federalism. Whilst I would support genuine reform, I am far from convinced that genuine reform is on the table. Indeed, it appears that the suggestion of reform in this report in fact implies even greater European Union control. For these reasons I voted against the report."@en1
