"I voted in favour of this report, it extends the exemption for commodity dealers as they have specific needs which cannot be met if they are treated as if they were banks or other investment firms. This extension gives regulators the time that is needed to set up a prudential regime which works for commodity dealers without unnecessarily handicapping them."@en1
