lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report. The vote in favour was due to the benefit of both parties from this report. West Africa is a favourable area for fishing and I believe that the union would benefit a lot from a stronger partnership due to this. The Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the Union and Liberia would aid the Union in its on-going battle against IUU fishing and also this would bring financial benefits to the Union, in particular to French and Spanish boats."@en1
