lpv:spoken text	"I voted against discharge on the grounds that I disapprove of the European Union, and consequently I disapprove of the expenditure in this area. I note that the European Parliament once again voted to keep a single seat and to remove the Strasbourg sitting. Naturally, these votes have no actual effect: the Parliament is indeed so toothless that it does not even have the power to decide where it sits. Frankly, this is a good metaphor for the European Union itself. I am astonished that some members could vote on the report to defend the use of EUR 56 million on the House of History. I naturally voted against."@en1
