lpv:spoken text	"This report looked at the impact growing digitalisation is having on women as regards getting access to the ICT sector, and exposure of cyber-bullying and cyber stalking. It stressed that the Commission is missing out by not highlighting the enormous potential digitalisation could have for equality, participation and empowerment. The report calls on the Commission and Member States to address the underrepresentation of women in the ICT sector, in particular those in higher positions and on boards, and to take the necessary efforts to unblock the negotiations on the directive on women on boards and to make available and improve access to funds for female entrepreneurs and digital start-ups. As I found this report to well identify some of the current challenges in the digital world, I voted in favour."@en1
