lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the discharge. The 32 decentralised agencies of the EU are of vital importance in terms of delivering the goals and results of EU policies. There is now good progress being made in terms of the agencies sharing best practice and, where feasible, support services. Their network is strong and they are working with the Commission to implement the Roadmap on Decentralised Agencies. This is of clear benefit to EU citizens and their performance is improving year on year."@en1
