lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report on Albania which highlights my shared enthusiasm and delight over how much Albania has achieved in 2015, considering its apparent stagnation in previous years. The report also encourages the government of Albania to keep up these reform efforts, which the Albanian people cannot be kept waiting for any longer. Furthermore, I support the opening of accession negotiations with Albania as soon as possible, if not for the conditionality incentives and pressures that would transform the country in a positive way."@en1
