lpv:spoken text	"This report provides an update on Albania’s efforts to meet the hurdles required for EU membership. The report highlights some of the key problems facing Albania, including high unemployment and poverty rates, corruption, organised crime, child trafficking, freedom of the press, rule of law and judicial independence, and references the need for an improved political process, which is currently endangered by a lack of dialogue between parties. However, it welcomes Albania’s inclusion on the list of so-called ‘safe countries of origin’ for refugees, as well as welcoming Albania’s full alignment with the EU foreign and security policy, and economic structural reforms. As a result, I abstained on this report."@en1
