lpv:spoken text	"This report and legislative resolution concern a directive for the protection of trade secrets. However, as a ‘one—size—fits—all’ measure, it does not necessarily fit well with the business and employment practices of Member States to ensure protection of innovation. There has to be a concern that this legislation will favour big business, which has an ability to litigate which its SME colleagues often lack. It also inhibits the ability of highly-qualified workers to be mobile in the labour market; we risk, therefore, workers leaving the European Union to work in other jurisdictions. I therefore decided to vote against."@en1
