lpv:spoken text	"The situation in Poland is becoming a growing concern for stability in the EU. The effective paralysis of the Constitutional Tribunal, which was established as one of the central elements in constitutional democracy, poses a danger to democracy, human rights and the rule of law. Respect for the rule of law must be guaranteed by the Tribunal, all the steps to be taken must respect the competences of the EU and of its Member States, as set by the Treaties and the principle of subsidiarity. It is out of these concerns that I voted in favour of this resolution."@en1
