lpv:spoken text	"This report imposes a number of measures on the EU external fleet (EU-flagged vessels fishing outside EU waters), particularly with regard to fishing in the waters of third countries. The EU fishing fleet is one of the world’s largest and ranks in the top three of the world’s catching powers; therefore, the opportunity for influence is significant. Within the scope of this report, there are measures relating to cooperation among Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) and transparency of Fisheries Partnership Agreements; job creation and training in third countries; combating illegal, undeclared and unregulated fishing, as well as promotion of high environmental standards in third countries. The report is both fair and transparent and represents greater cooperation between third countries and the European Union. It is for these reasons I voted to adopt this report."@en1
