lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of this report because, as far as I understand, Erasmus+ and other such European mobility programmes are not doing enough to be accessible to more disadvantaged young people who do not otherwise have access to learning abroad. Which is a great loss of potential for young people: mobility has an undeniably positive effect, unlocking the potential of young people. It also represents a key opportunity for the self-development of individuals who will learn another language, open up to other cultures and acquire intercultural skills, on top of the specific competences they will be trained for."@en1
