lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of this report because it is giving clear, key recommendations to the Commission as to how we are going to ensure a compassionate and organised response to the biggest refugee crisis that we have faced since the Second World War. It goes further and calls on the Member States to commit action to the cause and respond to this urgent need to take a global approach to migration based on the principle of solidarity between states. The Member States of the EU urgently, urgently need to uphold their responsibilities, show solidarity with our brothers and sisters across Europe and offer humanitarian assistance. By working together we can quickly implement the relocation agreement, as this report calls for, and enhance safer and more legal routes to safety."@en1
