lpv:spoken text	"I oppose both this report and its proposal for a compulsory EU—wide system for the relocation of refugees, Member States and national governments are best placed to set their own immigration policy and relocation and resettlement of refugees should be done on a voluntary basis only. We should focus much more on enhancing external border controls to tackle the migration crisis, as well as increasing the efficiency of returns and readmission of failed asylum seekers. Much more can also be done on combatting human trafficking and increasing the implementation of existing rules and preventing secondary movement of asylum seekers, only with a multi-front approach can we deal with the current ongoing crisis."@en1
