lpv:spoken text	"This report concedes that the open border policy of the EU is an incentive for migrants to make the dangerous attempt to cross the Mediterranean. I voted in favour of amendments suggesting that the abolition of internal borders has contributed to the ‘free passage of ISIS’ and criticising the EU list of ‘safe countries’ for refugees. I voted against the aspects of the report requiring the ‘need for a permanent Union-wide resettlement programme’ with mandatory participation from Member States. As a whole the report ‘considers the Schengen Area as one of the major achievements of European integration’. I wholeheartedly object to this view and therefore voted against this report as a whole."@en1
