lpv:spoken text	"I support this report as it makes credible recommendations to open accession negotiations on the condition of the full implementation of the political agreement in Pržino last summer as well as make substantial progress on the implementation of the urgent reform priorities. The report reiterates that bilateral issues should not be used to obstruct the accession process to the EU, but should be addressed in a spirit that is constructive and as early as possible take into account the principles and values of the EU and the Un in its accession process. It is important that all political parties in the FYROM make an effort towards creating the conditions for credible early elections and that an all-party agreement remains essential."@en1
