"I voted against this report. This file is concerned with the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HCIP) The HCIP deals with price stability. The problematic aspects of the text relates to the fact that there is a provision within the text which permits the possibility of allowing for future indexes in the following areas: narcotics, games of chance, prostitution, life insurance, which of course raises a number of issues. Therefore, I voted against this report."@en1
