lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this report due to the fact that despite the economic priorities of the 2015 Annual Growth Survey remaining valid, policy efforts need to be strengthened and the Commission needs to focus efforts on three priorities for 2016, namely re-launching investment, pursuing structural reforms to modernise economies, and responsible fiscal policies. In 2016 three employment indicators have been added to the main scoreboard: the activity rate, long-term unemployment and youth unemployment."@en1
