lpv:spoken text	"I would like to congratulate Ms. Rodrigues on the sterling work that she has done on this text that was adopted today. The EU, in my view, and the view of many Socialists across this chamber, cannot rely on exports any longer, especially with the slowdown of the global economy in the last decade. There is a need for surplus countries to expand their budgets so as to support investment and growth elsewhere and everywhere in the EU, while at the same time allowing for more fiscal wriggle room for countries with large deficits so that more and better investment can be made to encourage growth and put these states on the road to recovery."@en1
