lpv:spoken text	"I was happy to vote for the accession of Austria and Malta to the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents as I believe that the Convention facilitates judicial cooperation in cross-border civil and commercial litigations among the contracting parties. As the Convention does not allow for international bodies such as the EU to be party to it, it is essential that all EU Member States accede. I believe that the Hague Convention of 1965 is beneficial to its Member States and to the European Union as a whole. Cross-border judicial and legal cooperation is paramount to the smooth running of the Union."@en1
