This must take the form of Commission Communication, not a Staff Working Document. The Commission’s own consultation showed overwhelming public support for a new strategy, and the December EPSCO Council supported this position too. The Commission should now adopt an official 2016-2020 strategy and focus on making gender equality – a core value of the EU – a reality."@en1
