lpv:spoken text	"I support this report and the two amendments adopted in the INTA Committee, which aim to bring the wording of the Regulation into line with the wording of the EU-Moldova Association Agreement. I believe that the adoption of the proposed regulation is necessary to enforce the obligations of Moldova stemming from the Agreement in order to protect EU producers. This instrument ensures that preferences can be temporarily suspended in a case where their application would result in an unexpected and significant increase of imports causing economic damage to EU domestic industry. I believe that this implementing regulation is required to put the necessary instrument in place in the EU’s internal legislation in order to apply the bilateral safeguard clause and the anti-circumvention mechanism present in the Moldova Association Agreement in order to ensure the protection of EU producers."@en1
