Given the freedom of movement in the EU, it is pertinent that Member States are encouraged to cooperate in this area and tackle employers who impose undeclared work and yet hide behind borders. There are many negative consequences of undeclared work, which in the UK is estimated to be 10 % of GDP."@en1
