lpv:spoken text	"I supported the waiving of the immunity of Mr Iwaszkiewicz. In this case, the request for waiver of the immunity of Mr Iwaszkiewicz has been submitted as a result of an alleged offence consisting of exceeding the speed limit in a built-up area. It appears from the file that Mr Iwaszkiewicz admitted on 5 June 2015 that he was driving the vehicle at the relevant time, although he had requested earlier, on 8 February 2015, the annulment of the fine on the ground that the offence took place while performing parliamentary work – going to Brussels to attend a meeting of the European Parliament. From the circumstances of the case it appears that the alleged offence and the ensuing prosecution clearly have nothing to do with the position of Mr Iwaszkiewicz as a Member of the European Parliament and that there is no evidence of ."@en1
