lpv:spoken text	"The passing of the draft agreement between Eurojust and Ukraine would lead to increased judicial cooperation in combatting organised crime and terrorism. The benefits of such an agreement are many as it enhances European judicial collaboration and fulfils the operational need to fight transnational crime as mentioned by Rapporteur Jiří Maštálka. Given that the cooperation would only extend as far as the secondment of a liaison officer by Ukraine to Eurojust and the exchange of information, including personal data, and, given that the Council will be required to consult Parliament when adopting implementing measures pursuant to Article 39(1) of the pre-Lisbon Treaty on European Union and in accordance with Article 9 of Protocol 36, I have decided to vote in favour of the draft implementing decision approving the conclusion by Eurojust of the Agreement on Cooperation between Eurojust and Ukraine."@en1
