lpv:spoken text	"This resolution will highlight the state of play of the Universal Periodic Review for 2016 of Georgia, Lebanon, Mauritania, Burma, Nepal, Oman and Rwanda, and what’s particularly important is the situation of human rights in critical areas like Syria, the Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Burundi. I join the call on Member States of the EU to actively oppose any attempt to undermine the concept of universality, indivisibility and interdependence of human rights, and I underline the need to keep special procedures and preserve the independence of and adequate funding for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, as well as sufficient funding for the regional offices of the OHCHR."@en1
