"I believe in democracy and transparency, and therefore I believe that my vote on this matter should be a matter of public record. In that spirit, I wish to confirm that I voted against. This legislative resolution obliges the Republic of Kosovo and its people to meet EU—imposed obstacles before being allowed to trade with the EU.
