Childhood obesity levels are far too high across Europe and we need to tackle this problem at source. Too high levels of sugar in children’s food. Anything less is simply treating the symptom rather than the underlying cause. We cannot allow our children to be pumped full of sugar, and the best way to do this is to ensure that companies lower the level of sugar in children’s food. The Commission must put the future of our children first and foremost, full stop."@en1
