It is one thing to cheer or jeer or barrack or heckle during a debate, because that is a democratic interchange of ideas. But what we have had here now is an absolute shambles. I have tried to listen to the Prime Minister above the hubbub of people having conversations with their backs turned. What other Parliament in the world would behave in such a manner and treat a Head of Government with such disrespect?"@en1
