lpv:spoken text	"I abstained on this report as I do not see the focus on female entrepreneurship being well-placed since the government has inflicted huge cuts on the public sector where a large majority of women are working (healthcare, education and civil service). The report calls for concrete strategies to promote a culture of female entrepreneurship but strategies on gender equality and the value of women in the public sector, which are huge issues, have been neglected. For these reasons I could not support the report."@en1
