lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report from the ECON Committee on the challenges of the EU Financial Services Regulation. I found that this report was fairly well balanced and I’m grateful for the work that the S&D shadow rapporteur, Paul Tang, has done on it. While I support the Better Regulation package from the Commission and its application in the Capital Markets Union project, it must be said that ‘Better Regulation’ is not the same as ‘less regulation’. That said, this report does fill the regulatory gaps where needed and reduce red-tape, which I believe are necessary in the maintenance of a working Capital Markets Union."@en1
