"Cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue are at the very heart of what the EU stands for. It is therefore not surprising that the UK Tories joined with UKIP and the fascists in voting against this report. The Tory government at Westminster, abetted by the London media, are leading the UK into an increasingly inward-looking and xenophobic mind-set. During Scotland’s recent referendum we were told that independence would lead to Scotland’s isolation in Europe; in reality it is our continued membership of the UK which is leading to our isolation."@en1
