I believe that it is with a strong European competition policy that we can best ensure that our consumers are getting the best possible deal, and that our small and local businesses are competing on a level playing field. Being a part of a 500 million strong consumer market is surely one of the biggest benefits we receive from being a part of the EU, and by developing as well as enforcing strong rules for fair competition, we can ensure more innovation, more opportunity and a better deal for British consumers."@en1
