lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of an S&D amendment which seeks to review quotas to ensure that large vessels do not have a monopoly; even though such a matter should be in the domain of the member states I felt that it was important to make the resolution less bad. However, although I want to see bluefin tuna numbers recover, I do not believe that the EU should be adopting international agreements in its own name. That should be the responsibility of sovereign governments. Furthermore, the CFP has been a disaster for British fisheries and for management of fish stocks. I therefore voted against the report as a whole."@en1
