lpv:spoken text	"I supported the resolution. The Dayton Peace Agreement represents a victory of diplomacy over war. However, Bosnia has been held back, while neighbouring states have moved ahead towards the EU and NATO. It is because some Bosnian politicians exploit Dayton, promoting old ethnic divisions and undermining efforts to move the country forward. Bosnia and its people deserve a peaceful and prosperous future and the EU integration process is of crucial importance also in this respect. We on the outside have a responsibility to continue encouraging and supporting this process."@en1
