lpv:spoken text	"The General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina concluded on 21 November 1995 in Dayton and was officially signed on 14 December 1995 in Paris. The Dayton Agreement was instrumental in ending the war in the region which claimed the lives of an estimated 220 000 people, and produced around 2 million refugees. The anniversary of the Dayton Agreement should serve as a reminder to all that a diplomatic solution is possible even in what seems like the worst and most dreadful of conflicts. Bosnia and Herzegovina and its people deserve a peaceful and prosperous future."@en1
