lpv:spoken text	"This report deals with base metals, steel, aluminium, zinc and copper, which are necessary for industrial growth across Europe. People who work in the steel industry are losing their jobs, both in the UK and across the EU, as the sector confronts its most serious peacetime crisis ever, facing a combination of an influx of cheap steel and increasing energy costs. By working together at an EU level we can put pressure on the Chinese government over steel dumping, and come up with Europe-wide solutions to these problems. It is also vital that the UK Government matches the action called for by Labour MEPs in the coming months."@en1
