This report gives an overall look at relations between the EU and China, supporting current agreements and calls for more EU action in several areas. This is therefore an endorsement of EU foreign policy. However it also raises several legitimate concerns, in particular with the attempted interference by the Chinese government in democratic processes within Hong Kong.
