lpv:spoken text	"The technical measures and multiannual plans are essential instruments to achieve the objectives of the 2013 Reform to the Common Fisheries Policy. I voted in favour of the new revised Technical Measures Regulation because I believe that they ensure the clarity and legal certainty that is required of any revision in these matters. Any reform to the CFP should seek to improve the conservation and the sustainable exploitation of stocks and implement the ecosystem-based approach to fisheries management in a way that is consistent with the socioeconomic viability of the fisheries sector. And I believe that the amendments that the S&D has introduced to this report ensure that these are effectively called for through this INI report."@en1
